I created SM Creation Lab as a space to explore thoughtful, user-centered design through a structured and intentional process. My work focuses on solving real problems especially for users who may feel overwhelmed or overlooked in digital environments.

With a background in customer service and management, I’ve spent years helping people navigate challenges in real time. That experience shapes how I approach design today: prioritizing clarity, usability, and experiences that feel calm and approachable.
